Stonewall Jackson Monument Cats Meow

This statue depicting General Thomas J. Jackson on July 21, 1861, is located near the Visitor Center of the Manassas National Battlefield Park. It was erected by the State of Virginia in 1940, reputedly on the spot where Jackson received his famous nickname. The steadfastness of Jackson's brigade caused General Barnard Bee to exclaim "There stands Jackson like a stonewall." Sold exclusively at Echoes.
